Product return/exchange policy

When making purchases in our online store holyway.me, you are under the protection of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and, in accordance with this Law, you have the right to exchange and return purchased goods.

✔ The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if its presentation (packaging, seals, labels, etc.) and consumer properties are preserved, and there is also a document ( order form or receipt) confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product.

✔ In case of return of the Goods of proper quality, all costs associated with transporting the goods from the Client to the Seller and from the Seller to the Client (in case of replacement of the goods) are paid by the Client. Shipping costs are not refundable.

✔ If you refuse the Product, if it is part of a set, the return is made only as a complete set.

✔ To return a Product or exchange a defective product for a similar one, the Client sends us a letter - Return Application by email. email info@holyway.me. The application will be reviewed, after which the Client will receive confirmation of acceptance of the Return Application.

✔ After receiving confirmation that the Return Application has been processed, the Customer must send the relevant Product to the Seller. When returning Goods of proper quality, delivery is carried out at the Client’s expense.

✔ Refunds are made at the Seller’s expense no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller’s warehouse with prior confirmation of acceptance of the Return Application.

✔ Refunds are made using the same payment method that was chosen when paying for the goods.

Please note that this Policy does not apply to products from the “Services” section. Products in this category are spiritual and cannot be “disliked” or “fail to fulfill their purpose,” therefore they are not subject to return.
