Return and Exchange Policy
When making purchases in our online store, holyway.me, you are protected by the Consumer Protection Law.
In accordance with this law, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased goods under the following conditions:
- Return of goods of proper quality
A return is possible if the product retains its commercial appearance (packaging, seals, labels, etc.) and consumer properties, as well as when there is a document confirming the purchase (order form or receipt).
Shipping costs for returning the product from the Customer to the Seller and back (in case of replacement) are to be paid by the Customer. The delivery cost is non-refundable.
If the returned product is part of a set, the return is possible only with the full set.
- Return and exchange of defective goods
To exchange a defective product for a similar one or return it, the Customer must send a Return Request to the email: info@holyway.me.
After reviewing the request, we will provide confirmation of receipt.
The product must be sent to the Seller after receiving confirmation.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the receipt of the returned product at our warehouse and confirmation of the request.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the payment.
- Special Conditions
Please note that this policy does not apply to products from the "Services" section.
Products in this category have a spiritual purpose and are therefore non-refundable for reasons such as "not liked" or "does not meet expectations."
