Registration and delivery

We accept orders daily, 24 hours a day.
Orders are processed and completed from Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 Israeli time.

Placing an order :

Once we receive payment information for your order, we proceed to processing and packaging it.

If you have any questions, we will contact you to confirm and clarify details, so please make sure that the contact information was entered correctly when registering.

We ask you to be careful when filling out your address information when placing an order: an error in even one digit can result in your order being sent to a completely different location.

Order delivery ::

After payment, the order completion time takes from 3 to 7 working days, and the delivery process itself begins after your order has been paid for, packaged, and then transferred to the Israeli state postal service.

• Delivery is carried out on a regular basis worldwide by Israeli airmail for parcel weights up to 2 kg.
• Parcels weighing up to 2 kg. are issued and sent as a parcel post.
• When the parcel weighs 2 or more, the delivery cost increases significantly. In this case, we can recommend dividing the order into several parcels weighing up to 2 kg.
• Delivery costs are calculated automatically when ordering, in accordance with the weight of the parcel. The more products, the more profitable the delivery.
• After dispatch, you receive a track code to track the path of your parcel.
• Receiving your order at your post office.
