Uses and Benefits:
✔ Holy Water: Can be sprinkled around your home, car, or used during illness. It is believed to protect the home and its residents from evil while bestowing health and longevity.
✔ Olive Oil: Apply crosswise on the forehead during morning and evening prayers or in times of illness. Known for its healing properties, it helps with many skin conditions and can be applied to wounds while praying for healing. A drop of oil can also be added to dishes on major church holidays to bring a touch of grace and blessing to your meals.
✔ Frankincense: Place small pieces in a lamp burning in your prayer corner near icons. The soothing aroma calms the nervous system, purifies the air, and fosters a prayerful mood. Use sparingly in well-ventilated areas and never leave the lamp unattended overnight.
