Refund policy

When making purchases in our online store, holyway.me, you are protected by the Consumer Protection Law, and under this law, you have the right to exchange or return the purchased goods.

Return of goods of proper quality is possible if the product retains its commercial appearance (packaging, seals, labels, etc.) and consumer properties, and if a document (order form or receipt) confirming the purchase is available.

✔ In case of returning goods of proper quality, all expenses related to the transportation of the product from the Customer to the Seller and from the Seller to the Customer (in case of replacement) are to be paid by the Customer. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

✔ If you are returning a product that is part of a set, the return can only be made with the complete set.

✔ To return the product or exchange defective goods for a similar one, the Customer must send us a Return Request via email at info@holyway.me. The request will be reviewed, and the Customer will receive confirmation of the receipt of the return request.

✔ After receiving confirmation of the return request, the Customer must send the corresponding product back to the Seller. When returning goods of proper quality, the delivery is at the Customer's expense.

Refunds are made at the Seller's expense no later than 10 days from the receipt of the returned product at the Seller's warehouse, after confirming the acceptance of the return request.

✔ Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.

Please note that this policy does not apply to products from the "Services" section. Products in this category are spiritual in nature and cannot be “disliked” or “fail to fulfill their purpose,” so they are non-returnable.
